What gear do you use?
All Canon – 5D bodies, L series lenses, lots of speedlights, and Alien Bees for studio work.
Do you shoot RAW or JPEG?
These days, mostly RAW. Although I used to shoot JPEG exclusively.
How do you process your images?
Pick favorites in Photo Mechanic, basic color in Lightroom, finalize in Photoshop.
Mac or PC?
Mac, of course.

Napa Valley is one of our favorite wedding destinations in the Bay Area. Napa is an incredible place to have an outdoor wedding, surrounded by rolling hills and beautiful vineyards. Neighboring Sonoma also offers a stunning landscape that makes for beautiful wedding photography. Wine country weddings are an absolute pleasure to photograph!

We enjoy photographing weddings all over the Bay Area. As East Bay residents ourselves, we photograph weddings throughout Contra Costa County including Walnut Creek, Danville, Blackhawk, San Ramon, Alamo, and Lafayette. There is so much diversity here in the Bay Area – like the redwoods in Tilden Park or the rolling hills of Sonoma – that makes choosing a wedding location so much fun!

Even though we reside in the Bay Area, we do visit Orange County (OC) a lot because we have family there – and simply because we think Southern California rocks! Orange County weddings are gorgeous, especially outdoor beach weddings, which are very popular in OC. Orange County is home to many breathtaking beaches including Laguna Beach, Dana Point, San Juan Capistrano, Newport Beach, and more!

Although we are wedding photographers who specialize in wedding photography in the Bay Area and Orange County, we encourage the idea of having a destination wedding. Our very own wedding was a destination wedding in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico and we couldn’t have imagined doing it any other way! Destination weddings are a blast because you get to celebrate your union at a unique location and vacation with family and friends at the same time!
